General Pool faqs

Go to the Sign In page and click “Forgot Password”. Follow the instructions to send a reset link to your email. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it right away. If this still isn’t working, please contact our support team and we’ll help you reset your password manually.

Guest access is no longer available for Standard and Premium pool plans — it’s now only included with Platinum and higher tiers.

All poolies are now required to log into OfficePools using the same email address that’s tied to their team. If they don’t already have an OP account, they’ll simply need to create one with that email. Once they log in, their pool will automatically appear on their dashboard.

This change helps ensure every user has a smoother experience — making it easy to log in through the app or website, check standings, and enjoy all of OfficePools’ features.

If you have a new email address and you would prefer that your OfficePools account is under that email address instead of a prior one – simply email us at help@officepools.com to make the change on your behalf (tell us the old one and the new one).  We will ensure that the email change is seamless for your account.  You will be able to simply sign-in to OfficePools with your new email address and all of your pool history will be there.

If you’re referring to the nightly emails, you can unsubscribe through your subscription settings:

  1. Sign in to OfficePools.
  2. Click on your profile picture (or the placeholder image) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Subscription Settings.
  4. Uncheck the email notifications you no longer wish to receive.
  5. Click Save.

To unsubscribe from marketing emails, open the email, scroll to the bottom, and click unsubscribe.

If an Admin or Poolie isn’t receiving emails, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

  1. OfficePools Account Not Set Up:
Due to CASL regulations, we can only send emails to users who have given explicit permission — this happens during the account creation process. Please ensure an OfficePools account has been set up.

  2. Emails Going to Spam or Junk Folder:
Check your spam or junk folder to see if our emails have been misdirected. If found there, mark them as safe to ensure future messages from OfficePools.com go to your inbox.

  3. Subscription Settings:
Your email preferences may be turned off. To check:
    • Sign in to OfficePools.
    • Click your name in the top-right corner and select Subscription Settings, or click here.
    • Adjust your settings and click Save.

  4. Blocked Email Address:
Make sure no-reply@officepools.com is not on your blocked list. Some email providers or spam filters can block specific senders, preventing delivery.

  5. Company or Network Email Filters:
If you’re using a work or school email, it’s possible that your organization’s mail server or firewall is blocking emails from OfficePools.com. Contact your IT department and ask them to whitelist our domain or email address to ensure delivery.

No matter how long ago your pool ended, you’ll always have access to it — as long as:

  • You have an OfficePools account, and
  • That account is connected to your team/entry in the pool.

To access your past pools:

  1. Sign in to OfficePools using the email address associated with your account.
  2. After signing in, you’ll land on your My Pools Dashboard.
  3. At the top of the page, click the PAST POOLS button to switch from Active Pools to Past Pools.

That’s it! You can now view the results and details of any previous pools you’ve participated in. If you’re having trouble finding a past pool, feel free to contact us for help.
